This policy explains what data invest.teoset.com collects, why, and how you can manage it.
1. What data we collect
Account: your email and sign-in confirmation from Google; we never receive your Google password.
Data you enter: portfolios, transactions, tax country, alerts, watch list, «Share» links.
Telegram: chat ID, username and phone number if you connected the bot.
Contact form: the name, email and text you provide.
Technical data: IP address, browser, interface language, visited pages and action times — for security, abuse prevention and operation of the service.
Sponsorship payments: amount, plan and payment status from Plisio; the wallet and cryptocurrency transfer data are processed by Plisio.
2. Why
To provide the features of the service (portfolios, calculations, alerts), to sign you in, to send alerts and invoices, to reply to your messages, to protect the site from bots and abuse and to improve the service. We do not sell your data. On public pages (screener, calendar, company and holder pages) users without a sponsorship see Google AdSense ads; your account and portfolio data are not used for advertising.
3. Cookies and browser
The site uses the necessary session cookie (sign-in and settings) and the browser local storage for small interface preferences such as visible columns or chart toggles. On public pages with ads Google may set advertising cookies; visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are first asked for consent by Google, and the choice can be changed at any time. Personal pages (portfolios, wallet, settings) and sponsors have no ads. There are no analytics cookies.
4. Third-party services
Google — account sign-in, reCAPTCHA on the contact page (Google processes browser data to check that you are not a bot) and Google AdSense ads on public pages. Telegram — delivery of alerts if you connected the bot. Plisio — sponsorship payments in cryptocurrency. These services process data under their own privacy policies; how Google uses data for advertising — policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
5. How long we keep data
Account and portfolio data — while you use the service; closed positions — 10 years after the last sale unless you extend the term. Contact form messages and technical logs — as long as needed to reply and to protect the service.
6. Your rights
You can view and change your data on the site, turn off alerts, disconnect Telegram with the /stop command and revoke portfolio links. To get a copy of your data or to delete your account with all its data, write to us via the Contact page.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, secure session cookies and restricted database access. No method of transmission or storage guarantees absolute security, but we do everything reasonably possible to protect your data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the new version takes effect when published on this page.
