These terms govern the use of invest.teoset.com (the «service»). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

The service helps you follow dividends, prices and shareholders: a screener, a dividend calendar, company pages, portfolios, a watch list and alerts. Some features are available without registration, the rest after signing in with Google.

2. Not investment advice

All information on the site is for reference only and is not investment, tax or legal advice, nor an offer or recommendation to buy or sell securities. You make investment decisions yourself and at your own risk.

3. Data and its accuracy

Prices, dividends, company and shareholder data are collected automatically from public and third-party sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; dividend forecasts are calculated from payment history and may not come true. Check important information with the company official sources or your broker.

4. Account

Sign-in is done with a Google account. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for actions taken with it. We may restrict or block access in case of abuse, spam, hacking attempts or automated scraping of the site.

5. Portfolios, alerts and links

You enter portfolio data yourself; profit, dividend and tax calculations are estimates. A portfolio link (the «Share» feature) can be used by anyone who receives it — you can revoke it at any time. Closed positions are kept for 10 years after the last sale and then deleted unless you extend the term. Alerts are sent to email and Telegram according to your settings; we do not guarantee delivery at a specific time.

6. Sponsorship and payment

Sponsorship is voluntary support of the project that unlocks additional features (market alerts). Payment is made in cryptocurrency via the Plisio payment service; each payment adds the paid term to the current one. A subscription does not charge you automatically: 3 days before the end of the term we send an invoice that you are free not to pay. Because cryptocurrency payments are irreversible, payments for an already paid term are not refunded, except where required by law.

6.1. Referral program

Every registered user has a personal invitation link (Settings → “Invite friends”). If a new user registers after following this link, 10% of each of their paid purchases (sponsorship, extension, subscription) goes to the inviter's bonus wallet, with no time limit. An invitation counts only for a registration in the same browser session after following the link; the inviter cannot be changed later. Inviting yourself, creating accounts to receive bonuses, sending the link as spam or impersonating the service is prohibited.
Bonuses are credited in US dollars (USD) and are not money in an account: they cannot be spent on the site or transferred to another user. The whole available balance can be withdrawn from 20 USD to a crypto wallet (USDT on TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20, or BTC). We make payouts manually within a few days and cover the network fee. The user is responsible for the correct network and wallet address: a crypto transfer is irreversible.
If a payment a bonus was credited for is refunded or found to be fraudulent, or these terms are violated, we may cancel the related bonuses, reject a payout request or end participation in the program. Users pay any taxes on bonuses received themselves under the laws of their country. We may change the bonus rate, the minimum payout or end the program by announcing it on this page; bonuses credited before the change are kept.

7. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to download site data automatically in bulk, overload the service, bypass restrictions, send spam through the contact form or use the service for illegal activity. Site data may be used for personal non-commercial purposes.

8. Liability

The service is provided «as is», without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or data accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, including investment losses, related to using the service or being unable to use it.

9. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms; the new version takes effect when published on this page. By continuing to use the service you agree to the updated terms.
